Lessons take place in the historic Kansas City Livestock Exchange Building in Suites 335- 339. This 3 part series will introduce helpful tools and knowledge for how to use light temperature and a limited color palette to create dynamic and visually interesting compositions.
Pay here, then email email@example.com to acquire a required material list. You can skip the art store and purchase the "Limited Color Palette in Oil Supply Kit" in our online store. Vanessa will purchase these supplies in bulk for you and other classmates with her artist discount, saving you time, money, and hassle. Don't be the guy that shows up to class missing specific tubes of paint in the required materials list! It is limited palette, so the few colors you do need to bring to class are essential to learning the palettes we will use.
Classes are structured for learning and practice while also fun and informal. We hope the students in the class become new friends and continue to follow along with each other's artistic journeys well after the class has ended. Students over 21 are invited to bring a bottle of wine or some beers and snacks to enjoy while painting.
